Cancellations:
- If the order has not been shipped, the total amount will be refunded.
- If the order has already been shipped, the customer will bear the shipping costs for both delivery and return.
- For custom color or natural marble orders, as these are special orders, cancellations will not be accepted after three (3) days from order confirmation. Additionally, no returns will be allowed except in cases of Seller error or damage during transportation.
Returns:
- Manufacturing Defects or Errors: Return shipping costs will be borne by the Seller.
- Withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Customers will bear the direct costs of returning the product, as well as the original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the product is returned and verified to be in perfect condition, including its packaging.
- Partial returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. The customer must return the entire order as received.
Condition of Returned Products:
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. If the product arrives damaged due to improper packaging, the Seller may deduct a proportional amount from the refund.
Refunds:
The Seller will refund the corresponding amount within 14 calendar days from receipt and verification of the returned product.
